FBC Enid began on January 7, 1894, when twenty-four charter members joined together to intentionally be God-centered, theologically-grounded, and a missions-minded Southern Baptist church in downtown Enid.
We moved into our current location at Maine and Adams in 1909. The building was rebuilt in October of 1921 after it caught on fire on December 15, 1919.
From our beginnings to the present, the Lord has led us through many transitions, seasons of growth, and to help start six other churches within the Enid area.
Throughout the years, the Lord has preserved His mission in and through FBC Enid. Because of His grace and faithfulness, we continue to be a multi-generational family of believers centered on living in Christ, like Christ, and for Christ, as we seek to proclaim the message of Jesus to current and future generations. We are excited for what God has in store for FBC Enid and how He'll use us to bring glory to His Name!
